Pitch business to customers in the Assigned Territory.
Achieve Acquisition Target Week on Week. Customer Retention and Activation week on
week. Build Strong Business Relationship for
gearing up further business. Make Reports on Daily Basis .
Targets
Monthly Target is of 10 direct customer.Acquisition of minimum 1 new direct
customer per week is must.Activating new customers by helping them
to complete their package target of two products.
Ensure that the new customers are activated within 60 days of joining company.
Compension
In first quarter 50% of target (direct) is must to get monthly incentive and weekly incentive.
In second quarter 70% of target (direct) is must to get monthly incentive and weekly incentive.
In addition to the incentive there are attractive incentives on the activation of the introduced customers.
Incentive Plan
On completion of Sale target of acquired Direct customer Rs.500 Per Sale.
The incentives will be computed on weekly basis there completion of week targets.
If the customer (direct) acquisition is less than 50% then there will be no incentive.
Incentive Plan
On customer’s sale SM get 200 Rs on each new package and his caping is 1 lac/ week.
A senior SM can invite a new SM to get more attractive incentive.
On new sale of new SM senior SM will get 100 per new customer’s sale of new SM and weekly caping is of 2 lac.
