The Food Safety workshop will be delivered by a MSU
Extension food safety educator.
The content of the course is ideal for anyone entering
employment in food service or anyone currently in food service
who needs to update their knowledge. The ServSafe Food
Handler Program is a complete solution that delivers consistent
food safety training to employees. The program covers five key
areas:
• Basic Food Safety
• Personal Hygiene
• Cross-contamination & Allergens
• Time & Temperature
• Cleaning & Sanitation
•MSUE Food Safety educator will provide the ServSafe Food Handlers guide to participants. The cost of the book is $5.00 /person.
