Review: Roles, Profiles, and Permissions
Roles: High Level functions that you are assigned (License Manager, Webmaster, Reports person). Used by Workflow Alerts to notify appropriate staff
Permissions: Specific tasks/duties that you have permission to perform (given by your administrator)
Profiles: Groups of permissions (arbitrarily) bunched together and used by administrator to save time
