LETTER FROM THE DEAN OF STUDENTSWe are excited to welcome you to UIndy and to the class of 2021 as you begin your official journey! You have achieved a significant goal by being accepted to the University of Indianapolis and we know you will accomplish great things during your time on campus.
We will engage you in a challenging academic program and we expect you to put forward your best efforts to be academically successful. We also expect you to be a responsible and an engaged citizen at UIndy. We know you will find college to be enjoyable and rewarding, as there are wonderful opportunities around the corner at UIndy. There are many people to help guide you in your academic and social life, including residence hall directors, counselors, academic advisors, faculty members, and upper-class students. We are all here to help you succeed!
You will find that the University of Indianapolis is a wonderful, welcoming community. We are here to teach you, guide you, support you, and challenge you as you develop intellectually, socially, physically, morally, and spiritually. This important session will demonstrate how to be safe, civil, and engaged in the campus community. Crimson Crew staff will lead groups through dinner and the safety presentation.

Daniel James is one of the busiest comic hypnotists in the entertainment industry, having appeared on “America’s Got Talent,” “The Tonight Show,” “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” and at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.

The UIndy Dance Team is holding tryouts for the 2017–18 season! Those trying out should have dance experience and be able to perform at men’s football, men’s basketball, and women’s basketball games. Wear form-fitting dance attire and bring jazz shoes.
All dancers will be asked to demonstrate technical elements including leaps, turns, and jumps, as well as learn combinations to perform in small groups.
