Welcome to your Ultimate High Tea Experience – When we say high, we mean it! Enjoy a morning of adventure abseiling

in a picturesque valley off the central coast, followed by a delicious gourmet buffet full of sweet treats served in the

gorgeous surrounds– Guaranteed fun as you combine adrenalin pumping cliffs with life’s little luxuries – The Ultimate

High Tea is the most unique, fun & just plain fabulous hens package going!

Start your hens day by meeting up with your girls in the central Sydney CBD – then get excited as your private chartered

mini bus picks your group up to whisk you away to the central coast – Road Trip! Realise you are in for a hens treat as

you leave the buzz of Sydney behind and journey into the refreshing and gorgeous surrounds of the valley’s of the

central coast – don’t forget your cameras girls!

Arrive to your abseiling location it time to meet with your instructor – Your abseiling adventure starts with a warm welcome and introduction to the days proceedings, before stepping out onto some small beginners rocks where you can practice your technique and develop your confidence through a series of easy progress stages. By the end of the session you will be able to comfortably experience lengthy rock face descents, open air declines and, for the adrenalin junkie hen, face forward rundowns! Spend a tantalizing 2 ½ hours on your abseiling experience. Oh, & tell your Nana not to stress – to maximise the enjoyment of all the participants, we practice "challenge by choice" where you control how much of an adventure you wish to undertake!

The abseiling area is set on top of an easily accessible mountain, with stunning views over a sparkling creek as it meanders its way through the valley and surrounding National Parks! A group photo is a must - & will be an amazing keepsake of your special hens celebration. The location has two abseiling sites including a site for beginners/intermediates with some great views and a more advanced site complete with a spectacular rainforest waterfall and sandstone cave to explore for experienced abseilers ready for their next challenge!

After your morning experiences, you deserve some fabulous food - & fabulous is just the beginning! Make your way up to your reserved dining area where your guests will enjoy an array of gourmet delights, making sure that your lunch is an absolute hit! Awaiting you arrival are platters of assorted gourmet sandwiches on specialty breads & wraps – with delish gourmet fillings comprising of all the classics plus those little extra gourmet gems: Ham, swiss cheese, grain mustard, semi sun-dried tomatoes and lettuce, as well as Grilled chicken, apricot chutney, grilled eggplant, grilled zucchini and lettuce sandwiches, also salad of lettuce, carrot, tomato, avocado, cucumber, sprouts and cheddar cheese, as well as roasted turkey, cranberry sauce, lettuce and camembert cheese, Roasted beef, basil pesto, hummus, grilled red capsicum, snow pea sprouts and tomato & finally smoked salmon, cream cheese, capers, Spanish onion and lettuce! In addition to your gourmet sandwich platters, enjoy Australian cheese platters - including blue, brie, vintage and mild

cheddar selection, dried fruits, nuts, assorted crackers and lavoche crisps! & to really celebrate in style your group will

also enjoy an antipasta platter comprising of delicious selections such as smoked salmon, salami, chirozo sausage, olives,

marinated and grilled vegetables, capsicum dip, hummus dip, cheddar & fetta cheese, toasted Turkish bread and

crackers!

Canapé style finger food platters also accompany your lunch – share mini bruschetta with goat’s cheese, tomato, basil &

olive tapenade & Vegetable filled rice paper wraps with dipping sauce...divine!

Just when you thought your gourmet feast couldn’t get any more fabulous, your group notices the platters of desserts!

Treat yourselves to plates of chocolate nut brownies, miniature lemon tartlets & fresh fruit skewers! – it’s delish hens

bliss! Soak up the afternoon & your gourmet experience with your best friends and enjoy the buzz of excitement as

everyone enjoys the scenery, the ambience & of course celebrating your special day!

In the afternoon your private mini bus will be on hand to drive you back into the Sydney CBD – where it is the Hens

Choice of drop off location!

Your Ultimate Day Schedule!

8AM – Meet your girls here:

The Menzies Hotel Car Park

Opposite Wynyard Station 14 Carrington Street, Sydney

Sorry to sound like your nana, but please make sure every girl knows how important it is to be on time!

8.15AM – Your Mini Bus will pick up you & your girls and start your group can get comfy on your mini bus!

8.15PM – 9.45AM –Road Trip! Leave the buzz of Sydney behind & get excited as you journey into the picturesque

central coast to your abseiling location

9.45AM – Arrive at your location & meet up with your expert guide!

10AM – 12.30PM – Feel the adventure & adrenalin as you are taken on your 2.5 hour abseiling experience – don’t

forget the camera girls – this is a moment you are going to want to remember!

12.30PM – After all that adventure you deserve to relax! Your guide will take you back to your High Tea location ready

to indulge in some delish treats!

12.30PM – 2.45PM – The afternoon is spent indulging in delicious catering (as above) & relaxing in the scenery –

anyone with enough energy left might want to go on one of the incredibly scenic walks, or get out the picnic rugs &

enjoy the celebration!

2.45PM – Your group will need to meet your mini bus back at the location where your arrived – It’s time to road trip

back to Sydney.

3PM – 4.30PM – Head back into the glitzy Sydney CBD & be dropped to the door of the Hen’s choice of location –

whether that be your favourite lounge, a private house or Darling Harbour – the choice is yours!

On completion: After such an awesome day, the night is yours to do with what you like (if you have enough energy!)

The night is young so don’t forget to ask your consultant about our stretch limo party circuits or hotel packages to

keep this party going!

What you need to do!

As well as all the normal My Ultimate Hens booking info, Please make sure that you have provided your Personal Hens

Consultant with the following:

*Advised us of any allergies or dietary requirements of all of the guests attending the package

*Let every guest know the start and end points of your package & make sure they are on time!

* Have a browse through the FAQ’s, T’s & C’s & Privacy Policy so you are all clued up!

*Download and fill out the Hens Organisers Pack from the My Ultimate Hens website to help your organise your guest lists,

girls payments, RSVP’s etc!

*Call us or email your personal hens consultant if you are unsure of anything or have any questions - we are here to help!
