Logistical Information

• Complimentary Continental Breakfast… Before the sessions Tuesday through Thursday;

• Posters: Please set up ASAP; Must be down by 8 am Thu. Request you leave them up as long as possible.

• Speakers: Please see Dick Reynolds if you have a presentation to download

• Icebreaker and Poster Session: Tuesday 5:15 pm

Logistical Information

• Conference Dinner: Wed. 6:15 pm; We need an accurate count for the dinner byTuesday noon. If you are not going please turn in your ticket.

• Tours Friday: NIST, FSL, SEC, NGDC, NCAR; Sign up at registration desk;

• Suggestions: During conference; Breakout sessions Thursday; Suggestion card in handout package;
