Pearl DragonPearl Dragon is a family-run Chinese restaurant, established by the original Mr Yeung in 1978, and currently operated by the second generation of the Yeung family. We are very grateful to all our customers for your continuing support, and for helping to build our fine reputation. Over the years we have always remained faithful to traditional Chinese cultural values and business ethics, including warm, genuine hospitality, a dietetic culture that aims to nourish both body and spirit, and a management style based on principles of hard work and integrity.
We regard our patrons as personal friends – as valued guests from afar, who deserve a cordial family welcome. And as Confucius said more than 2000 years ago, ‘Who does not feel glad to see friends from afar?’ We strive in all sincerity to take good care of you and to do our utmost for you, because we want you to feel that our restaurant is a real home from home.
Our senior chefs offer 30 or 40 years of gastronomic know-how and culinary expertise, and they focus firmly on catering to the needs and wishes of you – the customer – in keeping with the spirit of traditional Chinese food culture. All our recipes are created with regard to seasonality and the balance of Yin and Yang, so that you can enjoy food that is both healthy and tasty. We use the best and freshest ingredients and prepare them with loving care for a delicious and nutritious gastronomic experience that satisfies all the senses.
Our managers and floor managers have an expert knowledge of teas and wines, and are only too happy to recommend beverages to complement your meal.
