Welcome to the Parents of Avon! The Parents of Avon (P of A) is an all-volunteer parent organization at AOF. Our goal is to enhance the academic, athletic, and overall quality of life for our Men of Avon. At our monthly meetings, we catch up on school happenings, plan activities to support enrichment programs for the boys, and learn about AOF’s latest innovations and some of the most cherished school traditions from our monthly speakers. Avon’s enhanced website and presence on the web via Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, LinkedIn, and Snapchat are great ways to follow news and updates from school throughout the year. You can easily find us by clicking the icons on AOF’s website: www.avonoldfarms.com. By clicking the PARENTS tab, you will find information about Parents Weekend in October, the highly anticipated Blue Blazer Ball in late April, and many other important events in between. The P of A is proud to support the school’s com- mitment to “going green,” and will utilize our web presence to post upcoming events and keep you informed. We will also make every effort to provide other important communi- cations electronically. Send us your email and we’ll get you on the list to receive our monthly meeting reminders. We encourage all families, near and far, to participate in the Parents of Avon. Look for members of the P of A during registration on Opening Day and on Parents Weekend. Come by and say hello - we will be happy to answer any questions you have and offer helpful information. Please mark your calendars now and join us for our monthly meetings. You’ll meet lots of people, enjoy the speakers, and find fun ways to get involved. We look forward to another exciting year at Avon Old Farms School! Amy & Robin Welcome... This annual spring dinner and auction gala provides a unique opportunity for the extended Avon Old Farms family to celebrate the traditions and values of this exceptional school.
