MyPriceLink is service that is utilized today to deliver real-time list pricing for GM collision parts. As of 6/22/18, Ford is planning to integrate a limited number of their collision parts with MyPriceLink, with the intent to expand this later in 2018.

The workflow and data elementsfor Ford MPL integration are identical to the what has been in Production since 2015 for GM.

What happens if …no internet?

User will receive a prompt if unableto access MyPriceLink. Please verifyInternet is connected and try again.$0.00 price will be displayed for anyMPL parts on the vehicle. Users wouldneed to consult dealer for list price,if connectivity cannot be restored.

Once Internet has been re-established,select the Refresh icon to retrieve MPLPricing. Internet is required to retrieveParts Pricing and create/update a Quote ID.

Note: Once pricing is downloaded, it issaved for 24 hours locally, so users canwork offline to actually write the estimate.

If you are unable to connectto MPL for real-time pricing,an error message will displaywith a Retry Button.An estimate can still bewritten, if internet is stillworking, but MPL partswill show $0.00 on theestimate until a connectionto MPL is restored.

MPL Implementation Milestone

The integration has been in use since 2015, so we do not anticipate any impact to workflows, or support queues.

October 1, 2018Ford will likely expandthe number of parts afterthe 10/01/18 timeframe.

June 22, 2018Ford MPL Integration will belive for all Mitchell Estimating,and Mitchell Estimating Cloudusers. All data elements andworkflows will match existingworkflows for GM.

• UltraMate users will need to installJune release of UM to have thefunctionality activated.

• The implementation will onlyimpact a limited number of partsfrom 6/22/18–10/01/18
