As per the MOEF guidelines, only a fraction of the sewage generated within the campus may be discharged into the sewer. Conforming to the norms (as per the permissions for the project obtained from MoEF), adequate facilities will be set-up within the campus for removal of contaminants including toxic and other chemicals, solid materials, trash, etc. from the waste water with the help of Sewage Treatment Plant. Further, grey water from the households shall be processed in a dedicated grey water treatment plant and used for up-keeping the vast landscaped green areas within the campus.

To avoid clogged drainage systems, water-logging and pollution, SKRE plans to design a proper waste disposal system within the campus with installation of incinerators and household garbage collection and disposal system.

Smarter master township plan SKRE will design the infrastructure master plan for NEIOWS in rigorous deliberation on the optimum guidelines of MOEF in real time format, that is not common in other project that too in collaboration with the experts in respective fields. The environment friendly planning will be carried out in such a way that natural resources available are conserved in a scientific manner for a sustainable future.

Any real estate project’s long term success depends largely on its MEP design and fixtures. At SKRE we take special care in designing world class MEP systems and procuring the highest quality MEP fittings and systems to enhance durability.
