PART II:
Stand Construction Approval & Admission
PART II: Stand Construction for ITB BERLIN 2017
If stand design is conform to the technical guidelines, no drawings of
single-storey stand structures in the halls need to be submitted for approval.
Approval required:
space of an entire hall section or hall(s) through which visitor aisles must pass,
other stand structures than single-tier,
temporary structures, mobile stands, outdoor structures,
special structures and constructions (like e.g. stages, show trucks)
The complete documents for stand construction permit have to be submitted
until 15 January 2017. Submission after 15 January 2017 causes penalty fees
especially for double decker.
Messe Berlin GmbH can arrange for the stand construction plans to be checked.

From 1-7 March only three entrances open for pedestrians:
Entrance North (halls 10-23)
Entrance Service Center Hall 7 (halls 2, 4, 6, 7-9)
Entrance Gate 25 (halls 1, 3, 5, 25-26)
Make sure, you carry your exhibitor pass or a construction & dismantling pass with
you in these days. The c&d passes can be ordered for free via our web shop.
For entering by car check our traffic guide before coming to ITB Berlin
All vehicles exceeding 7.5 tons are required to register at the LogPoint in parking
area P17 at Gate 25 before entering the exhibition grounds.
A deposit of 200.00 Euro has to be paid when entering the fairgrounds.

Due to the size of your booth main exhibitors receive a certain number of codes
for free exhibitor passes via email.
Each code can be registered online at www.itb-voucher.com
Codes for additional exhibitor passes can be ordered for 50 Euro each
directly online at BECO under https://beco.messe-berlin.de/en/
via our representatives in your country www.itb-berlin.com/contact
or during the fair at the registration counter in the CityCube Berlin or
at Entrance South.

anything on their own account, they need to register themselves.
In case your stand construction company wants to order anything directly for you,
you need to register them as co-orderers in your BECO “Manage account”
under the point “Co-Orderers”.
