Preliminary Assessment Data

26 of 50 facilities had a multidisciplinary committee focused on antimicrobial use

• 19 (73.1%) reported physician or pharmacist leader for stewardship activities

• 4 (15.4%) have neither physician nor pharmacist leaders

• 3 (11.5%) did not meet regularly
