THE LIABILITY OF TIMBERWEST FOREST COMPANY, MOSAIC FOREST MANAGEMENT, THE REGIONAL DISTRICT OF NANAIMO, AND NANAIMO MOUNTAIN BIKE CLUB IS EXCLUDED BY THESE CONDITIONS

You are entering an unmaintained wilderness area and will be exposed to known and unknown perils. As a condition of your entry onto and use of these lands, you agree to assume all risk of personal injury, death or property loss resulting from any cause whatsoever including but not limited to: the risks, dangers and hazards of mountain biking, backcountry travel, hiking, and other activities; collision or impact with natural or manmade objects, vehicles or other persons; slips and falls; traversing manmade and natural structures; encounters with animals; tree falls; negligence of other persons; and negligence, breach of contract, or breach of statutory duty of care on the part of Timberwest Forest Company, Mosaic Forest Man-agement, the Regional District of Nanaimo, and the Nanaimo Mountain Bike Club and their directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, independent contractors, subcontractors, representatives, sponsors, successors and assign (“the Releasees”). You acknowledge the risk of injury, death or property loss by entering upon and using these lands and you agree to release the Releasees and waive all claims you may have against the Releasees with respect thereto. Any litigation involving the Releasees shall be brought solely within the Province of British Columbia and shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Province of British Columbia. These conditions and any rights, duties and obligations involving the Releasees and you shall be governed by and interpreted solely in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and no other jurisdiction.

Welcome to the Doumont area network. The trails in this area are managed and maintained by the Nanaimo Mountain Bike Club with help from volunteers, donations and community support. If you enjoy these trails for biking, running or hiking, we encourage you to donate to the NMBC so we can continue to make Doumont a premier trail destination. The information on this map is intended only as an introduction to the trails in the area and trail difficulty ratings are for general guidance only. Trails may change over time and many factors can dramatically alter trail difficulty levels, close or re-route trails. Trails may become a level or two more difficult when wet. Consider the conditions before heading out and please report maintenance issues or concerns to the NMBC via our website or trailforks.

•No unauthorized motor vehicles•No fires or fireworks of any kind•No overnight camping•No firearms of any kind•No unauthorized trail construction or modifications•No littering, pack out all trash•Dogs must be under voice command and dog waste must be packed out
