What are we doing here?
Your CREW is your team at RCA. You and your CREW will work together throughout the year to earn points and win competitions.
The points will build up to earn your CREW prizes and special experiences.
You can also earn individual rewards for particularly awesome achievements!
The more CREW spirit you show the more points you can earn.

Surprise Crew Play Days Have you been receiving CREW tickets? Do
you have all assignments turned in? You will get to participate in a variety of surprise activities and competitions throughout each semester!

CREW Days will happen quarterly
CREW Days vary throughout the year and allow the top earning CREWS to partake in a special privilege—like snow cone day!
If your CREW earned CREW Day, you MUST wear your CREW lanyard to participate!
Drawings from the top CREW will happen on CREW days -football game tickets, homecoming dance tickets, and more special prizes!

Rule 2 and 3 | Damage, Destruction, or Theft of *School/Private Property
2.1/3.1 ~ A student shall not cause or attempt to cause damage to school/private property either on the school grounds or during a school activity, function, or event off school grounds, or while under school supervision.
2.2/3.2 ~ A student shall not steal or attempt to steal school/private property either on the school grounds or during a school activity, function, or event off school grounds, or while under school supervision.
2.3/3.3 ~ A student shall not possess, use, or transmit stolen school/private property.
Theft at RCA = 10 Day CHOICES placement
and referral to law enforcement with possible removal from the program.

All shorts and skirts must be to the knee. Leggings or jeggings may not be worn without a skirt or shirt that reaches the
knee No clothing with holes, rips or tears – no ripped/shredded jeans—even if skin is
not visible Hats, rollers, visors, caps, do-rags, HOODS, bandannas and head wraps are not
allowed. No oversized or baggy clothing (for professional and safety purposes) Low cut or overly sheer blouses and shirts may not be worn. No sleeveless shirts, unless it has a collar Clothing may not depict any type of contraband (i.e. alcohol, drugs, tobacco,
weapons) or obscenity

If you are going to or from the tower… POWER WALK. No excuse

Check in/out – if you are late to school, you must check in at the front office.
All check outs are handled through the front office.
Hall passes are required to move about the building.
Nurse/Counselor/Media Center – all require a pass from your teacher
Nuts and Bolts
Charlene Fletcher, Jamie Benton, Israel Rowe
Mrs. Fletcher, Mrs. Benton, and Ms. Rowe provide much of the same services as your home school counselors, such as scholarship searches, resume writing, FAFSA completion, submitting college applications, help with emotional distress, time management, etc.).
However, only your home school counselors can assist you with the following:
NCAA Clearinghouse
Individualized Graduation Plan (IGP)
SAT/ACT Waivers (or see the college center)

Your RCA Counselors (you can find us at the corner of C hall and the media center).
Have your ID number or cash ready
Stay in the cafeteria during lunch.
Teachers need a break during the day; do not take food back to classrooms.
Take your tray! Don’t throw it away or leave it for someone else to pick up for you.
Be kind to our cafeteria and custodial staff!
They do an amazing job for our school.
Lunch
Food and Trash on buses…. Driving is a revocable privilege. Please drive slowly and safely.There have been over 30 car accidents involving RCA student drivers during the school day since the 2015-2016 school year. Your safety is a big deal to us.
Must have parking decal (available in the front office)
Don’t stop for food on the way to RCA
You may not provide rides for other students to and from RCA.
YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE THE BUILDING DURING LUNCH! Period.
Driving and Riding
The bottom line…
RCA students should present themselves in a manner that is appropriate and respectful at all times.
Be prepared for visitors to observe and possibly interview you.
You represent the premier career education facility in the state!
