Welcome to Stockman’sWe are privileged t o have Davidsons Butchers of Inverurie supply us with their prime cuts of special ly selected Scottish Farm Assured, extra matured, Aberdeenshire beef. And occasional ly we wil l also have beef available fr om the Crerar Hotels Home Farm pedigree, grass fed Lammermuir Luing herd.

Al l of our r oasted or gril led steaks and main courses are f inished in our charcoal f ired Spanish Josper gril l. The Josper gril l f inish is a unique cooking pr ocess with a temperature of 400c, seal ing the natural f lav ours lost thr ough conventional catering methods.

Our steak qual ity wil l always be without compr omise, and our Josper gril l cooking style del ivers the per fect f inish.

Opening times thr ough the week are fr om 5.30pm t o 11pm, though if you’re a bit ear l ier than this or after this, we are happy t o accommodate. Saturday and Sunday we open fr om 12pm - and same rules apply...

Bowmore 12yo 40% A lemon and honey bouquet with the distinctive Bowmore smokiness. Warm and delicious on the palate with subtle dark chocolate f lavours.

Bruichladdich 10yo 46%Soft and yet big on f lavour. Lightly peated with no added colouring and no chil l f iltering al lowing al l the valuable oils/f lavour to deliver a truly outstanding malt whisky.
