Welcome to Stockman’s We are privileged to have Davidsons Butchers of Inverurie supply us with their prime cuts of specially selected Scottish Farm Assured, extra matured, Aberdeenshire beef. And occasionally we will also have beef available from the Crerar Hotels Home Farm pedigree, grass fed Lammermuir Luing herd. All of our roasted or grilled steaks and main courses are finished in our charcoal fired Spanish Josper grill. The Josper grill finish is a unique cooking process with a temperature of 400c, sealing the natural f lavours lost through conventional catering methods. Our steak quality will always be without compromise, and our Josper grill cooking style delivers the perfect finish. Opening times through the week are from 5.30pm to 11pm, though if you’re a bit earlier than this or after this, we are happy to accommodate. Saturday and Sunday we open from 12pm - and same rules apply... By opting to pay a service charge you’re helping us build our “Fair Fund”.
