The Next Connections class we are offering is

scheduled for Saturday, September 22 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Breakfast items and lunch will be provided. The name of the class, Connections, identifies our desire and mission. We want to “connect” people with Jesus Christ for salvation, with the St. John’s family, and people with each other. This absolutely relevant introduction of the Faith hits the fundamental themes of the Bible in an interactive and highly interesting format. It is a required course for everyone desiring to become a member of St. John’s, but there is no obligation to join as an attendee of the class. Can’t make this class, the next one will be offered in January or February. For information and sign up call Pam Roberts at the church office, 665-7815.

HIS Ministry We need YOU! Blessing Bags are a great way to reach out to the many

homeless and others in need in our community. We distribute a minimum of 200 Blessing Bags a month, but we need YOU to help package and supply the Blessing Bags. Anyone can do it—an individual, a family, a Life Group, a Sunday school class, a group at your work-place and more. Stop by the HIS Kiosk for a list of suggested supplies. Return completed bags on Sunday to the Kiosk or to the Administration office during the week. Questions? Contact Debbie Wood, [email protected] or 472-2443 (text or call). Thank you in advance for filling this need.

Exciting Adventure TODAY for every-one, all ages! Come hear what God is doing in lives all over the world from our

returning church family mission teams. Join us at 11:30 a.m. in the Event Center, lunch will be provided. Hope to see you there! Mission Task Force.
