Kuyam Experience Communal sessions - $85.00 per person Private sessions - $115.00 per person Kuyam, a Chumash Native American Indian word that means “a place to rest together,” combines the therapeutic effects of self-applied desert clay infused with essential oils, intense dry heat and inhalation therapy. In a sauna-like environment, the journey is guided by a traditional Chumash narrative. Geocaching – Scavenger Hunt via GPS 2-hour adventure (for one person) - $150.00 2-hour group adventure for 2-6 people - $75.00 per person Geocaching is a location-based game that can be played anywhere in the world. Geocachers use a GPS or smartphone to find a variety of hidden containers (geocaches), sign the log, and replace everything for the next hunters. Guests can experience this guided excursion as a walk on the 220-acre Ojai Valley Inn campus, a hike on nearby trails, or a drive to the best geocaches in the Ojai Valley. We provide the guide, transportation, and all the necessary equipment; you only need to bring your enthusiasm and sense of adventure!

Note: An adult must accompany geocachers ages 8-15, who enjoy a special rate of $60.00 for a two-hour adventure.

Group Fitness and Wellness ClassesWe offer a variety of complimentary fitness and wellness classes daily to guests of the Ojai Valley Inn and Spa Ojai. Presented by our highly qualified team of instructors, classes include fitness walks, yoga, meditation, spinning, TRX, and body conditioning. Current programing and schedules are available through our reservation department, Spa front desk or on our website. Guests must be 16 years of age or older to participate.

Personal Wellness Assessment & Consultation 90-minute session - $165.00 Personal wellness assessments and consultations are tailored to meet the specific needs of each guest and may focus on nutrition, fitness, and/or lifestyle. This program is designed to establish a current baseline status, assist with achievable goal setting and provide you with a launching point for making positive change on your journey to the level of wellness you desire. All sessions are scheduled with a certified nutritionist and/or personal trainer as best suited to your individual needs and interests.

Personalized Private Training 50-minute session - $135.00For individual guests, we offer private training sessions to assist with recommendations for their personalized path to health and wellness. Depending upon preferences and needs, these training sessions can be focused on weight training, cardiopulmonary training, and/or functional movement training. Service ChargeFor your convenience, at the time of check-in, a 20% service charge will be added to your treatment and activity list price. This service charge includes gratuities for the associates who serve you throughout the Spa Village. Service charges are not prorated to reflect package or discounted pricing.

Cancellations, Schedule Changes and No-Show PolicyOjai Spa Village appointments and activities are guaranteed with a room confirmation number or valid credit card. Please provide at least six hours of notice for cancellations or changes. Cancellations less than six hours in advance will result in a 50% charge for the scheduled services. A no-show for any service will be billed at the full price.

Health and Wellness ConsiderationsMany treatments are not advisable for women who are pregnant. If you have high blood pressure, allergies or physical ailments or disabilities, or if you are pregnant, be sure to notify reservations so that they may better guide you through our menu of services. Additionally, please notify reservations if you prefer to schedule your service with an oncology certified therapist. In the interest of your health and for the consideration of others, please contact Spa Ojai at least six hours prior to your appointment time to reschedule your treatments should you be experiencing a sore throat, high fever, chills, sneezing, coughing or runny nose.

ReservationsReservations can be made by calling 1-888-SPA-OJAI (1-888-772-6524), by touching the spa button on a resort guest telephone or at the spa reception desk. We recommend scheduling appointments two to three weeks in advance to ensure that you receive your preferred treatment times. Spa services and prices are subject to change without notice.

Spa AdmissionFacial and nail salon services are available to guests 16 years of age or older. Massage and body treatments are available to adults, 18 years of age or older. Resort guests 16-17 years of age may enjoy a massage when booked with a same gender adult in our couple’s massage room. We also provide limited services for our young adult guests between the ages of 13 to 15 from our young adult menu selection with facility restrictions.

Spa Arrival ProcessPlease arrive at the spa at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to relax, enjoy our facility and prepare for your services. All treatments will end at the scheduled time so that the next treatment may begin promptly. Should you arrive late for your appointment and the length of your treatment is reduced, you will be charged the full amount of your originally scheduled treatment.

Resort GuestsAll guests of the Ojai Valley Inn, 16 years and older, have complimentary use of the spa facilities when they purchase a spa or nail salon treatment on the day of service. This includes use of all wet areas and locker room facilities. When a resort guest, 16 years and older, does not purchase a spa or salon treatment, there is a $75 daily access fee for these areas. All resort guests, 16 years and older, may enjoy complimentary use of the spa pools, Mind & Body classes and fitness gym. Resort young adult guests, ages 13 to 15, that purchase a treatment from our Young Adult or Salon Menu may enjoy the Energy Pool, Spa Café and spa locker areas accompanied by an adult on the day of their services.

Spa Day GuestsThere is a $35 day fee for non-resort guests, 16 years and older, on the day of the service with the minimum purchase of $75 in services. Our day fee is waived when purchasing one of our spa packages and for day guests, ages 13 to 15, who enjoy services from our young adult menu, without access to our spa facilities. Day use of our spa facility for non-resort guests without a spa or nail salon service is $75 per day, based on availability.
