Welcome to Loveweek Festival 2015. We’ve put together this infosheet with all the details you will need to have a fun and safe festival.

We will have an info point at Novalja (Opposit from the Main Bus Station) so if you have any questions at all, please just ask a member of staff.

Please bring your ticket and also your identity card or Passport. We only could give you your wristbands if you got both documents with you.

All buses run 24 hours a day (every 30 min.) from Saturday 25th July – Saturday 1th August. Festival shuttle wristbands will be able to pick up at our Check-In.

There will be no cash sales available. You will not be able to purchase these on the bus but there will be one-way tickets available for 2€ in one way.

We recommend a festival shuttle bus ticket for the loveweek to get to the Festival area Zrce and back fast and at all times.

CHECK IN

IF YOU’VE BOOKED PRIVATELY OR THROUGH ANY OTHER METHOD

CAMPING

Check in is ever so simple. Head to the check in point by Novalja bus station (Opposit from the Main bus station ) and bring the following things with you:

1) Accommodation e-ticket 2) Festival e-ticket 3) Passport photocopies of all guests staying in your accommodation (Important!) 4) 20€ or 200kn security deposit for each guest (returnable at check out) You’ll then be transported to your accommodation and checked in!

Check in time is from 13:00 – 23:00

Please note there will be no check in after 23:00 unless previously arran-ged! If you are arriving outside of these check in times please email [email protected] out is at 10:00 on the day of your departure

Tickets are only scanned at Novalja Loveweek Festival Check-In, not Zrce Beach. You can view the location on the map.

Festicket, zrce.eu, Partytraveller or Crystal Tours

We’d recommend confirming the exact check in method with the apart-ment owner before arriving in Croatia. Ensure you have the following information: 1) Contact details of the owner / agency 2) A pre-arranged check in time and location 3) Full address of your accommodation with map printout of location 4) Print out of your booking confirmation with any receipt of payment 5) A method to reach your accommodation.

Check in for the campsite is at the campsite reception from 1:00pm until 10:00pm. There will be no check in available after this time.

If you’re driving / making your own way there, the campsite is Camp Strasko which is located about 5 minutes drive from Novalja bus station: Camp Strasko, Zeleni put, 53291, Novalja, Croatia.

WHEN TO ARRIVE FOR BOAT PARTIES

Check in time is from 1:00pm – 10:00pm Check out is by midday on the day of your departure

Get your boat party ticket at the Check-In (Collegium Putovanja, Slatinksa Ul., 52391 Novalja) or infront of the boat, please be there at 14:00 and have your ticket and passport with you.

Departure Time14:30 at the Pier of Novalja

Please note that these times are set so that you can board the boat safely in time for the departure time. You are not able to bring any liquids on to the boat. You will be searched for alcohol before boarding. Drinks tokens are available for purchase on the boat which are redeemable at the bar.

No jumping in to the sea from the boat / pier. You will have your wrist-band taken off you and you will not be allowed to go to the festival.

The pool parties will take place at Papaya, Aquarius and Kalypso each day from Saturday – Saturday with the full line-ups available in our programmes or on the website. Here are some more details about what to expect:

1) Pool parties run from 16:00 – 20:00 (come early). 2) It is a party in a pool, and there’s a chance you might get wet, so please dress accordingly and look after your valuables. 3) Be careful with drinking in the sun for long periods and please drink plenty of water.

WHAT IF I FEEL ILL / NEED MEDICAL ATTENTION?There are medics available on Zrce Beach so look for those or see any member of staff. There is also a medical centre next to Novalja bus stati-on.

WHAT IF I LOSE MY WRISTBAND?We are unable to replace any wristbands so please look after yours!

I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY ACCOMMODATION, WHO DO I TALK TO?If there is anything wrong at all, then contact your accommodation provi-der as soon as you are aware of any problem.

IS THERE WIFI AT THE FESTIVAL?Look out for WiFi signs around Novalja in their cafes and along the sea front.

CAN I GET CASH OUT AT THE FESTIVAL? WHAT ABOUT PAYING ON MY CARD?There are numerous cash machines located in Novalja to get enough cash for the night, or store some safely in your accommodation. As for paying on card, this is possible in some of the venues, so the best thing is to ask.

I’VE LOST MY FRIENDS?One tip would be to decide on a meeting place should any of you lose each other throughout the night, and then head there. Or else, the Loveweek-Festival go-ers are a friendly bunch; you’ll probably make even more friends during your time with us!
