– Scout Oath and Law
• Review Guide to Safe Scouting and Leader’s Guide (starting pg. 15)
• Note: especially review with your leaders and scout BSA’s guidelines on bullying & harassment and buddy system.
• Reviewed again at Sunday Night Leader’s Meeting
– Mandatory for all adults in camp!
Prior to Camp• Dietary Needs
– Form to Service Center
• Health Forms
– A, B, and C
– Insurance copy
– Photo Release
• Pistol Permission Form
• BSA Consent Form (COPE)
Arrival Day!• “Gates Open” at 12:00pm
– Greeting and assigned a “check in” time
– Proceed to site
– 1 vehicle with trailer (removed ASAP)
• Check In Time
– Proceed to dining hall
– Entire unit in swim gear (swim checks)
– Medical forms, troop roster, last minute MB changes
– Swim Checks
