ENTRANCE

All Students should under goall necessary check in theentry level only without fail

We have been always told that the normal bodytemperature is 98.6-degree Fahrenheit.

Research has suggested that the normal bodytemperature is actually a bit lower at 97.9-degreeFahrenheit.Body temperature also varies from person to personaccording to body weight, height and other factors.

ENTRANCE

Fever look for a thermometer readingof 100 to 100.5-degree Fahrenheit ormore.

Wearing Hand Gloves and mask is compulsory

Students are permitted to bring their own hand sanitizer.

students can carry own cold/Hot water bottle, pen, pencil,

data hand book.

If students have any symptoms such as fever,cough, cold etc., we arranged for separate seatingarrangements for the above said cases.If students informed at least TWO day before examstarts will be appreciated.

ENTRANCE

If students have COVID-19 POSITIVE informed tocollege at least 2 days in advance and allowed towrite the exam.Separate rooms will be identified with PPE kit forthe examiner

IMPARTENT NOTE

ROOM ENTRY

We marked/maintained5-6 Ft social distance inevery floor

On the day of exams, students should be present inthe college at least 1 hour 30 min before exam starts.

College arranging the presence of the doctor and

paramedical staff on the day of examine with an

ambulance.

Record of all exam functionaries will be maintained

including student, staff, housekeeping, security and

supporting staff.

SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS

Before and after buses will be sanitized (Transport/Route coordinators will take initiation)

Senior staff should monitor the entry and exit, thermalscreening of students, wearing mask, sanitizing ofhands…(Discipline Committee will take responsibilities))

Staff:If staff or exam functionary fails to meetthermo gun check, he/she shall be asked toleave the exam center immediately

Students:Separate exam rooms areidentified for the suspectedcase like, cold ,cough, fever.It will Be Disinfected AfterEach Session And Sealed For24 Hours

As per UGC/VTU Guidelines: for the students point of view, Staff are givingundertaking before take up the examinationresponsibilities stating that u do not have anysymptoms of cold/ cough/ fever from one weekat least.

ROOM ENTRY

All should maintain social distance throughout the

complete campus

All class rooms will be sanitized before and after the session

Students are suppose to Report to the allotted Room 30 minutes before the exam

starts.

Whether all the answer books are properly stitched.

Whether all the pages are numbered serially up to 44

instrument boxes & handover if any papers / notes

The duration of exam is 2 hours.

(Only for CIPE & ENVIRONMENTAL studies)

FOR CIPE & ENVIRONMENTAL STUDIES EXAMINATIONS

The question paper is of multiple choice type.

There are 4 versions of question paper viz., A,B,C

& D.

OMR sheets only should be used for answering.

The candidate shall enter, USN, version code of question

paper etc., in the OMR sheet correctly. The entries shall be

verified by the room invigilator before affixing the

signature.

FOR CIPE & ENVIRONMENTAL STUDIES EXAMINATIONS

Only BLACK BALL POINT PEN shall be

used.

Damaging / overwriting using whitener on OMR

sheet is strictly prohibited

No negative marking for wrong answers.

Whenever the flying squad of VTU makes a visit,

the students should need to cooperate.

The student shall be personally held responsible for loss

or misplacement of any answer book and incorrect

entries made in the answer book and B-form.

• 1st bell :30 minutes before exam (9.00 am/ 1.00 pm/ 1.30 pm)

• 2nd bell :At beginning (9.30 am / 1.30 pm/ 2.00 pm)

• 3rd bell :Half an hour after beginning of exam (10.00 am /

2.00 pm / 2.30 pm)

• 4th bell :Before 10 minutes (12.20 pm / 4.50 pm/ 5.20 pm)

• 5th bell :At the end of examination(12.30 pm / 5.00 pm / 5.30 pm)
