Role of the Guidance Counselor

• School begins at 7:18 a.m. • Students can arrive anytime after 7:00 a.m. to prepare for the day.

• Breakfast is available in the cafeteria.

• Students are expected to be in their classrooms by 7:13 a.m.

All 6th grade students take the required “Communication Arts” course every other day for the entire school year. They also take the required “Choices and Wellness” course every other day for one semester. In addition, they take one other ACE course meeting every other day for one semester. Please mark your top ACE request #1 and mark your second ACE choice with an “A” as alternate. This course will be used if your first request cannot be met.
