Each year you receive points, you have the following options available to you:

1. Book a reservation for personal use

2. Book a reservation for a family member, friend or guest.

3. Book a reservation for exchange.

4. Bank yearly allotment .

5. Borrowing yearly allotment

6. None of the above, your points would expire at years end (Not an option we recommend)

Each membership has a membership type defined on your purchase agreement and membership certificate

Through banking or borrowing your allotment of points to or from your next use year, it gives you a maximum double allotment available for your use and several options to choose from. As your vacation

needs change, from year to year, you can book the unit size and length of stay to match your needs. Using 6,240 annual allotment as an example here are some options:

• Up to a 1 Bedroom Ocean side or a 2 Bedroom Marina side

During the Premium Season

• Up to a 2 Bedroom Ocean side or a 3 Bedroom PH Marina side Premium season

During the Preferred Season

Depending on your needs, all you need to do is play with your points available; a few examples could be:

1. 2 consecutive weeks Studio Ocean Premium

2. 2 units same week – Studio Ocean Premium, (1 unit for you 1 unit for a guest).

3. 1 Studio Ocean Preferred & a Studio Marina Preferred

4. 3 weeks Studio Value Season Or come twice a year one week in Premium Season Studio Ocean & then bring the whole family in the Value Season two Bedroom Marina. Your options are limitless

Full term membership

This membership entitles the Member to obtain lodging services in the Project during each year of the term of your membership.

There are two term options as defined on your purchase and security agreement:

• Full Term last use year 2033

• Designation Plus last use year 2046

There are 6 options available for use your yearly points.

Alternate membership

An alternate use membership allows members to obtain lodging services during every

other year, either ODD or EVEN years.

Short term membership

Short term memberships entitles the Member to obtain lodging services in the Project

during each year of the ten (10) years term.

Full term Accelerated membership

An accelerated use membership is entitled to obtain lodging services in the Project during each year of the term with an additional option of accelerating up to 3

weeks a year from the back end of your term.

The accelerated weeks requirements are:

1. Exact Optimum unit, optimum season reservation.

2. Reservations requests may be submitted 120 days(4 months)

or less in advance of travel date, and

3. Pay maintenance fees & borrow fee

To book a reservation for you

The earlier you submit a reservation request, the better your options and availability will be. For example January 2, 2016 you are able to request all travel dates beginning January 2, 2017.

• Call member services department at (888) 338-9500 ext.1, check availability and confirm your dates.

• Book on-line. You can submit a reservation request via this website; our office will check availability and reply. If you are requesting a reservation that requires payment of a maintenance assessment or borrowing point’s fee, you will be required to make those payments before a reservation request can be confirmed.

To book a reservation for family members, friends or guests:

At the time of the reservation, notify member services (888) 338-9500 ext. 1 of your guest’s name. You will receive a guest authorization form which you complete and provide to your guest along with a reservation confirmation letter, these two documents need to be presented at check in.

Interval International exchange

There are three methods of deposit with Interval International which are; Request First, Deposit First & Flex Change deposit.

In the Interval International resort directory or online at www.intervalworld.com you will find additional information about these three methods of deposit and can select the best option that fits with your needs for an Exchange.

If you are not sure which option best suits your needs, please call the Club at (888) 338-9500 ext.1 to discuss each option.

Upon your deposit of your reservation with Interval International, you will have a two year window from the deposited reservation travel date to utilize the deposited week at another location through Interval International.

Once the reservation is confirmed with Paradise Vacation Club, it is your responsibility to call Interval International at (800) 822-1620 and deposit your week(s) with them.

Points banking

Point banking is an option in which you can “bank” your annual allotment of points to your next use year. The fee for banking points is currently $27.50. Each year you receive an allotment between the dates of January 2 – July 1, you may bank 100% of your yearly allotment, from July 2 – October 1, you may bank 50% of your yearly allotment, October 2 – November 1, and you may bank 25% of your yearly allotment. After November 1, you are unable to bank any points forward.

FULL TERM BANKING

For example: If you have 6240 point allotment every year, you bank them between January 2 to July 1st, 2016 to your 2017 use year. In 2017 you would then have 12,480 points (maximum double your annual allotment) for your use, of which 6240 points (the banked points) must be use for 2017 travel dates, based on availability and Use Rules.

ALTERNATE USE YEAR BANKING

For an Alternate Use Year membership, you could bank your 6,240 allotment of points, (using the same banking deadlines above), to your next use year. So in 2016, you could bank 6,240 forward to your next use year 2018, giving you 12,480 in 2018. While you are not prohibited from traveling in an odd Use Year, such as 2017, you could simply borrow the banked 2016 points from 2018 into 2017 by paying a borrow fee currently at $27.50. You are unable to exceed double your annual allotment in any given use year between borrowing & banking points.

Points borrowing

Do you need to borrow points into your current use year for additional time or additional units you need in a given use year? Point borrowing is an option in which you can “borrow” your annual allotment of points from your next use year. The fee for borrowing points is currently $27.50.

FULL TERM BORROWING POINTS

For example: If you have 6,240 points allotment every year, you can borrow up to 6,240 points from 2017 into 2016, giving you the maximum allotment of 12,480 points in 2016 to book your 2016 reservation travel dates. You would simply prepay your 2017 maintenance fee and a borrow fee.

ALTERNATE TERM BORROW POINTS

For an Alternate Use Year membership, you could borrow your 2018 use year 6,240 allotment of points, into your 2016 use year giving your 12,480 points in 2016 to book your 2016 reservation travel dates, you would simply prepay your 2018 maintenance assessment and a borrow fee.

While you are not prohibited from traveling in an odd use year, once you have banked your 2016 6,240 points into your use year 2018, simply borrow up to both 2016 & 2018 points into 2017. If you only borrow the 2016 6,240 points, you would simply pay the $27.50 borrow fee. If you also borrow all or a portion of your 2018 points, you would simply prepay your 2018 maintenance assessment and a borrow fee.

You are unable to exceed double your annual allotment in any given use year between borrowing & banking points.

Seasons Info

The Club reserves the right to modify the dates of the Seasons to adjust for peculiar demand or

seasonal circumstances.

Holiday reservations require a 7 night minimum reservation, per membership.

All other season require a 3 night minimum reservation, per membership.

To book a reservation for exchange:

Paradise Vacation Club weeks can be deposited with Interval International,

Advantage program and a variety of other exchange companies.

Advantage program exchange

Contact Advantage Services at (877) 304-4604 to discuss their exchange options (i.e. Exchange for travel at another destination; Exchange for travel credits; Exchange for maintenance fee relief program)

Once they have advised you of a date & unit size to reserve for your exchange option, call Paradise Vacation Club at (888) 338-9500 ext.1 to check availability and book the reservation.

Call Advantage Services and deposit the Paradise Vacation Club reservation.

Upon depositing your reservation with Advantage services, you will have a two year window from the deposited reservation travel date to utilize the deposited week at another location through the Advantage program.

Once the deposit has be made and you are ready to redeem your week with Advantage Services it is best to follow the 3-3-3 Rule:

1) Give them 3 months advanced notice (9 months for High Season and Holiday requests)

2) Select at least 3 different locations.

3) Select at least 3 different date choices.
