Maccor specializes in the design and manufacture of high performance test systems for batteries, fuel cells and supercapacitors.
First test system built in 1983. Largest, most experienced company worldwide, for the
testing of small batteries of all chemistries. Head office and primary manufacturing facilities in Tulsa,
Oklahoma, USA. Approximately 100 people and US$12 million in sales per
year, with representation in many countries.
What Does Maccor Equipment Do ?
Maccor equipment is used to determine the quality and performance of various energy storage devices by applying simulated loads under computer control.
This is achieved with synchronization of control and measurement, and with a high level of accuracy.
Typical Tests Performed
Cycle Testing under Constant Current, Constant Voltage, Constant Power, Constant Resistance loads.
Pulse Discharge Tests such as GSM, CDMA, Multiple Slot and Multiple Current level.
Cyclic Voltametry. AC Impedance measurements. Frequency Response Analysis. Formation of Lithium Cells.
