Welcome to our Online Customer Portal
Here you can login 24/7 to manage all your business transactions with HPC, place orders and review your order
history. Whether you are an individual doing personal shopping or a corporate buyer making purchases for your
company, you can use your account to shop in our online store and track the status of all your orders.
Your account will give you access to:
• Current pending orders and requests
• Reports with order history details
• Ability to repeat a previous order
• Upload and submit a P.O. (purchase order) online
• HPC’s product selection with applicable GPO discount prices your organization is entitled to
• Product sales and promotional offers
• Shop by publisher, by category, by title, ISBN# or search our inventory using key words
If this is your first time using HPC’s Customer Portal, follow these simple instructions to set up your new account.
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE
STEP 1: Visit www.hpcinternationalinc.com and click "Register" to create your new user account. To proceed,
you will need to have handy basic information about your company and your GPO Member ID.
Click “REGISTER” to
create a new account
STEP 2: Complete your basic information on the registration page and click REGISTER when finished.
If you’re doing personal shopping, choose INDIVIDUAL USER ACCOUNT.
If you’re a professional buying products on behalf of your company, choose ORDERING FOR A COMPANY.
If your company is a member of group purchasing organization (GPO), but you don’t know your GPO
Member ID #, just contact HPC’s Customer Support team at (219) 922-4868 or by email
at [email protected] and we’ll find it for you.
STEP 3: You will receive an email notification from HPC to verify your email address, then HPC’s team will
confirm all your information within 24 hours so you can begin using your new account.
TIP: Check in the JUNK folder of your email account, then
right-click on the email and choose “MARK AS SAFE” so
future emails from HPC land safely in your main inbox.
STEP 4: Confirm your email address.
STEP 5: Your HPC account has been confirmed! You’re ready to use your new account!

STEP 6: Bookmark the LOGIN page in your internet browser. You’re ready to use your new HPC account!

STEP 7: You are now logged in to your HPC account! Click on BOOKSTORE to browse HPC’s online store.

STEP 8: There are countless ways to search and find what you’re looking for!
Can’t find the product you’re looking for? Click REQUEST QUOTE and HPC will research that product, provide you with
the lowest price possible, and then we’ll update our store to add that product to our online inventory so it’s there the
next time you and other customers need to buy it.
STEP 9: Fill your cart with the items you’d like to purchase.

STEP 10: Click on the CART image in the top right, review your order, then PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.
STEP 11: Complete your order.
OPTION A - If you are paying with credit card, select your saved shipping address or enter a new shipping address
along with your credit card number. When finished, click PLACE YOUR ORDER.
Then you can review all your current and past order history in the ORDER HISTORY section of your account.
OPTION B – If you would like to upload and submit a Purchase Order (P.O.) online to process your order, first
PROCEED TO CHECKOUT. Highlight the ORDER SUMMARY table that contains your order details, then copy the
highlighted section and paste it into Excel so you can easily enter the details into your company’s purchasing system.
STEP 12: Once you’ve generated your P.O., click on MyBooksource to upload and submit your P.O. through HPC’s
Customer Portal.
STEP 13: Click on PURCHASE ORDERS, then select SUBMIT PURCHASE ORDER, and complete a few details about your
P.O., then click SUBMIT.
STEP 14: Now you can review all your current and past P.O. history here in the Purchase Orders section of your
account. Click VIEW to see all the details and the latest status of your order. You will receive email notifications as
your order is fulfilled and shipped to you.
You’re done! You’ve successfully placed your first order online using your new
HPC online account!
