CHAMBER MUSIC BY THE SEA This holiday season, we are proud to once again partner with The Glen Douglas Winter Chamber Music Festival by the Sea to host two classical violin concerts, bringing world-class international music out of the concert hall and into our intimate spaces for guests to enjoy. Assistant concertmaster at the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra Shana Douglas returns to her second home in South Florida, along with her talented colleagues from around the globe, to bring us an evening of music, featuring works from Haydn and Beethoven to Prokofiev and Janacek and everything in between. “Life Reflections” will take place in the evening on Monday, December 30 and “The Brilliance of Youth” on Friday, January 3, 2020. The holidays are upon us here in South Florida. Kick off the season with The 2019 Ritz-Carlton Fashion Santa Tour, which will make its Bal Harbour stop on the evening of December 17 for cocktails and photos with the world’s most fashionable Kris Kringle. From before Christmas and into the new year, our recreation team will host a variety of family-friendly events for guests of all ages, including stocking and ornament decoration by the pool, tea and cookies with Mrs. Claus, a visit with Santa himself and a menorah lighting celebrating the first day of Hanukkah. Christmas Eve will see a five-course dining experience featuring Chef Mario’s holiday specialties. On Christmas Day, a holiday brunch will delight guests with a sushi and ceviche bar, seafood on the grill, chilled seafood, caviar, a carving station and many more holiday favorites.

CELEBRATE THE NEW YEAR Usher in 2020 in our coastal sanctuary on the Atlantic coast. An elegant, five-course plated dinner at Artisan Beach House will treat guests to the best of cuisine, ocean views and celebration on New Year’s Eve. The evening’s second seating will include access to an open bar and live music for dancing into the early hours of New Year’s Day. Following the festivities, a bountiful brunch will help with recovery from the night before, or or simply help celebrate the arrival of the new year, with a fruit and smoothie station, an assortment of salads and fresh fruit, a carving station, seafood bar and breakfast favorites.
