Welcome to I/ITSEC 2021! We appreciate your participation and look forward to an exciting program and exhibit. We have worked hard to ensure that you have a productive tradeshow experience, and have combined all the information you require into this informative manual.
A few reminders about your exhibit and the inclusions in the Exhibitor Manual:
Online Profile: Please remember to log onto your account at Exhibits.IITSEC.org to update your profile. This profile will be viewed year-round by those visiting the webpage and is a great marketing tool for your company at no additional charge. Please contact Shannon Burch at [email protected] if you require your log in information or need assistance with the webpage.
Registration: Online exhibitor registration is now open, and we encourage you to use the online registration process. Please contact registration headquarters (RHQ) to receive your login ID. RHQ can be reached at [email protected]. If you intend to collect all exhibit staff badges, please communicate with members of your exhibit staff. Reprints, whether lost or picked up inadvertently by the booth coordinator, will be charged a fee of $25. This fee will be strictly enforced.
Sponsorships: There are many sponsorship opportunities available. Get the visibility your company desires by sponsoring one of the many highly visual, high-traffic areas. See the sponsorship brochure included in the service manual or contact Shannon Burch at [email protected] or (703) 247-9473 for more information.
Advertising/Marketing: This year’s exhibitor directory will be included in the 2021 NTSA Simulation and Training Trends and Technology Review (NTSA Yearbook). The Yearbook will be distributed to all 16,000+ attendees, and is the only publication that will be placed in the conference attendee bags. In addition, an I/ITSEC Show Daily will be produced. The I/ITSEC Show Daily is the official on-site publication for I/ITSEC and a wonderful advertising opportunity for you as an exhibitor since the additional distribution will more than double your advertising exposure at I/ITSEC. Hanging Signs/Endcap Booths: Please read the rules and regulations section of the service manual to ensure that you are operating within the guidelines. All hanging signs must be submitted for approval to Shannon Burch, NTSA Director of Exhibits & Sponsorships, no later than Friday, October 1, 2021.
