tADDITIONAL ENTITLEMENT OF BENEFITS OF MALAYSIAN
FOR MALAYSIAN/ MALAYSIAN CITIZEN/ BHOOMIPUTRA RESOURCES/PERMANENT RESIDENTS
1) Basic Salary
2) EPF entitlement Apart from Basic salary they entitle for EPF (Similar to CPF in Singapore & India) where employee and employer needs to contribute together to Govt fund. Typically 13% of basic salary contribution is made from employer and 20% is from employee .
3) Socso contribution- Max RM 65 – PLS REFER TO THE SHEET
4) Based upon candidates are in perm/contract job: please do check with them if they receive any AWS (i.e; 13 month salary), Variable bonus/performance bonus, leave entitlement (both Annual & Sick Leave) and other additions benefits like allowances and family insurance etc.
