NILO has been going to school for a total of 14 years, includ-ing primary school which he graduated in 2007.After graduating, he started in commerce school which he finished in 2010. NILO took some time off from the student life and went to Australia, NZ and Thailand, where he worked at farms, tried some adventure tours such as bungee jumping and skydiving. Currently NILO is in university studying for his bachelor’s degree in marketing management in which an international perspective will be included. He expects to graduate in 2017. NILO’s goal is to start his own company or
be a part of a start-up. After he has finished his theoretical education he would like to try some physical challenges and join the police or military, because NILO will not sit in an office chair his whole life! His former jobs include being a service employee at supermarkets, assistant in a bakery, mentor for bilingual children in primary school, bartender, invigilator and a board member. He also volunteered as President of a student council. NILO’s native language is Danish and he also speaks English and a bit of German. He has served in the military as a Private.

Describe the best holiday you have had: I love cycling and the second year of business school I asked one of my friends if he wanted to ride to Hamburg with me. He was not an experienced rider like me, but he said yes. I had some years earlier ridden to Kiel with 2 others with 1 night stop at the border in the 8th grade, but I was convinced that we could take it in one raw. It was almost too large a mouthful, but after 14 hours in the saddle, we had travelled 220 kilometres by bike. It was a really cool experience!
What do you like the most about your own country:I think Danes are one of the happiest people in the world. I love the culture and the relaxing atmosphere. Maybe all this happiness comes from the system we have ac-cording to the education, hospital and the safety net we have in Denmark. But I like that! We have the freedom of speech and we decide more or less how we design our own life.

Who are your idols/heroes/heroines? From the business world I would like to point out Richard Branson, Mærsk M. Møller, Don Ø, and Jesper Buch. They have all started something small, and have built companies up to big global actors. My hero would be Bear Grylls, because he never gives up!
What are your goals in life? To be financially independent.
What were your childhood dreams:I think it was the traditional: Policeman.
Which values do you rank the highest?Safety.
Which childhood experience made the biggest impres-sion on you? When I had to say goodbye to my best friend trough many years.
What is your favourite colour? Green because it brings luck.
What is your favourite animal? Giraffes, they are so cute and think they can hide behind tree tops but they forget that they have a lower body as well.
What is your favourite kind of food?International, I love to taste other traditional foods from other countries.
What is your favourite kind of music?I’m one large mix. I love all the new pop in the radio but I also listen to classic, blues and jazz because it makes me relaxing and increasing my focus.
What is your favourite car?BMW, nice design and a lot of power.
What is your favourite pet? Cat, it is not demanding and I love when they purr.
What is your favourite time of year? December, good food! And my birthday is also in December.
What is your favourite book and/or author? Bear Grylls, I love to hear about all the crazy stuff he has been through.
What is your favourite movie and/or director? SAW, it is fascinating how real it seems.
Which was your greatest experience or moment?When I reached the top of Mt Meru in Tanzania.
Happiest experience or moment?When I was surprised when I came home from 6 month of travelling.
Funniest experience or moment? When I saw my first comedy.
Scariest experience or moment? When I was walking with my stepfather and he told me very scary stories.
