The SAP Executive Briefing Center (EBC) New York is located at Hudson Yards in West Chelsea in central Manhattan. SAP moved to Hudson Yards in 2016, consolidating its West Village and Bryant Park locations.

SAP New York is home to SAP’s global marketing headquarters and is the main hub for sales and services professionals from the wider metropolitan area.

At the SAP EBC New York, customers have an opportunity to engage with SAP’s senior executives, take advantage of a purpose-built design thinking space; explore the SAP Leonardo Center, host to the SAP Next-Gen strategic youth innovation initiative; and discover their own journey to digitization in an immersive room experience, and more.

SAP New York is the home base to 380 SAP employees.

Hudson Yards is the largest real estate development project in New York City since Rockefeller Center.

The SAP Executive Briefing Center New York occupies 30,000 square feet. The space includes five conference rooms, an executive dining room, an immersive the-ater, and a terrace with panoramic views of New York City.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS

From the south:Take I-95 N and NJ-90 to NJ S in Cinnaminson, NJ. Get on NJ Turnpike in Mount Laurel, NJ. Follow the NJ Turnpike and I-95 to W. 36th St. exit from NY-495 E Take a right onto 9th Ave. Take a right on W 29th St. Take a right on 10th Ave and 10 Hudson Yards will be on your left.

From the north:Take I-95 S Take Hutchinson River Pkwy. S, Cross Country Pkway/New York State Reference Rte. 907 K and NY-9A S to W. 30th St. in Manhattan. Follow W. 30th St. to 10th Ave Turn left onto 10th Ave and 10 Hudson Yards will be on your left.

From Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) (approx. 39 minutes): Take the I-78 Express E/Phillipsburg-Newark Expy from Newark International Airport St. Follow I-78 E to Laight St in Manhattan, New York. Take exit 1 from I-78 E. Take West St to 10th Ave. 10 Hudson Yards will be on your leftFrom LaGuardia Airport (LGA) (approx. 49 minutes):Take Grand Central Pkwy from LaGuardia Access Rd Take Brooklyn Queens Expy E, I-278 W, I-495 W, and Queens Midtown Tunnel to E 37th St in Manhattan. Take the Downtown exit from I-495 W. Continue on E 37th St to 9th Ave Turn left on9th Ave Turn right on W 29th St Turn right onto 10th Ave and 10 Hudson Yards will be on your left.

From John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) (approx. 1 hour 9 minutes): Take Exit B to 130th Pl Take exit B from I-678 S Take Woodhaven Blvd., I-495 W and Queens Midtown Tunnel to 37th St in Manhattan. Take the Downtown exit from I-495 W. Merge onto E 37th St to 9th Ave Turn left on 9th Ave. Turn right onto W 29th St. Turn right onto 10th Ave and 10 Hudson Yards will be on your left.

From Teterboro Airport (TEB) (approx. 23 minutes):Get on NJ-3 E in Rutherford from Moonachie Ave and NJ-17 S.Continue on NJ-3 E. Take NJ-495 E to W 36th St in Manhattan. Take the 36th St exit from NY-495 E. Take 9th Ave and W 29th St to 10th Ave. Turn right onto 10th Ave and 10 Hudson Yards will be on your left.

WALKING DIRECTIONS

From the 7 Subway Line (approx. 5 minutes):Head southeast on W 34th St. toward Hudson Boulevard East. Turn right toward 10th Ave. Turn right onto 10th Ave and 10 Hudson Yards will be on your right.

From Penn Station (Amtrak, LIRR, NJ Transit, A, C, E, 1, 2, 3 subway lines) (approx. 12 minutes):Head southeast on 7th Ave/Fashion Ave toward W 31st St. Turn right onto W 31st St. Turn left onto 10th Ave and 10 Hudson Yards will be on your right.

AT NEWARK LIBERTY INTERNATION-AL AIRPORT (EWR) Newark Liberty International Airport is approximately 40 minutes from the SAP New York office. The airport has numer-ous rental car options. You can take the AirTrain to Station P3 for Avis, Enterprise, Hertz, and National car rentals or Station P2 for Alamo, Budget, and Dollar car rentals.

Ground transportation from EWR (taxis, trains, shuttles) is also available from The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey.

AT JOHN F. KENNEDY INTERNATION-AL AIRPORT (JFK) John F. Kennedy International Airport is one of New York City’s busiest airports, located about one hour southeast of the SAP New York office. Rental car counters and courtesy telephones are located on the arrivals level of each terminal. All car rental companies are located at Federal Circle Station off the AirTrain.

Other ground transportation options (taxis, shuttles, trains) are also available from The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey.

AT LAGUARDIA AIRPORT (LGA) LaGuardia Airport is in Queens, New York, about 50 minutes away from the SAP New York office. Car rental facilities are lo-cated at LaGuardia Airport and all rental agencies provide frequent free shuttles between the airport and the rental car facility.

Ground transportation (taxis, shuttles, public transit) is also available from the LaGuardia airport site.

PARKING 10 Hudson Yards has its own parking garage located at 501 West 30th Street. The parking garage offers hourly and daily parking options.

CHECK-INPlease check in at SAP’s concierge desk in the second floor lob-by of 10 Hudson Yards, where you’ll receive your guest security badge. You’ll then take the first bank of elevators on your left to the SAP Executive Briefing Center on the 52nd floor where the Executive Briefing Center staff will greet you and direct you to your meeting room.

Note: All guests need to preregister for their visit through the SAP Executive Briefing Center registration form or through your briefing consultant or site contact.
