What I expect from your child

Grades

• SUMMATIVE- 70%• Tests

• FORMATIVE- 30%• Any practice

assignment

• Quizzes

• Homework

• Absent Work

• Must be completed in the amount of time the student was absent

• Check packet calendar for video and practice assignments

• Late work

• 1 day – max of 80

• 2+ days – max of 70 until Unit Test

• No late work accepted after Unit Test.

• Retesting• One retest per 9 weeks

per subject

• Complete all assignments.

• Correct the original test in tutorials

• Re-test within a week of receiving test grade.

• Original grade and retest grade will be averaged.
