How Will I Be Graded?• Student’s grades will be based on their

performance on tests, quizzes, unit assignments, projects, and daily class participation. Grades will be calculated as follows:

• Major 65% (tests, projects, unit assignments)

• Minor 35% (open book quizzes, news quiz, daily work)

Be in your seat and working on the assigned bell work when the tardy bell rings.

Bring ALL books and materials to class and take them with you when you leave

Severe ClauseAny student who uses excessive profanity, fights, damages school property (this includes the property of the teacher and other students), or is disrespectful (as defined by the teacher) will be sent to the office IMMEDIATELY.

Enter quietly

Excused: Place the excuse on my desk

Unexcused: Sign tardy/no ID log on the front table

Have a seat and take out your materials

• All work to be graded must include your name, date, class period, and description of assignment

• I am not good at handwriting analysis

• If a paper is turned in without the requested information it will not be graded thereby resulting in a grade of 0.

• The teacher dismisses you, not the bell

• Do not start packing up prior to the bell
