No Limits is Hull 2017 UK City of Culture’s learning programme. Building upon Hull’s rich history of innovators, radical thinkers and creators, it uses the power of culture to inspire a new generation of creative thinkers.

No Limits will give children across the city the chance to participate in a year of amazing opportunities as Hull embarks on 365 days of transformative culture.

The year has been split into four seasons, Made in Hull (Jan - Mar), Roots & Routes (Apr - Jun), Freedom (Jul - Sep) and Tell the World (Oct - Dec) and each season, we will produce a creative set of resources for primary schools, to support the artistic programme helping to bring it to life in the classroom.

Split into five days or themes, each theme is around four to five hours’ worth of challenges that can be used in sequence as a whole day’s programme or as one off activities. All challenges are flexible and can be completed by individuals, pairs or by groups of students.

We would like to thank Biz Ed Ltd Project and the teachers who have contributed to the development of these resources and most importantly to every one of Hull’s 72 primary schools who have signed up to No Limits.
