- 6 Books for 15 days+ 2 children books for 15 days PG Students
- 8 Books for 15 days+ 2 children books for 15 days - One loose issue (old) of journal for 5 days
Research Scholars (PhD)
- 12 books for 30 days + 2 children books for 15 days - One loose issue (old) of journal for 5 days
Late fee - Rs. 2.00 per day (First-7 days), Rs. 5.00 for SL Books - Rs. 5.00 per day(8th day and onwards), Rs, 10.00 for SL Bks - If late fee exceeds Rs.250/-, service will be suspended

• No issue/returns on Sundays and other Holidays
• Library remains closed on Institute holidays
