Parent Involvement
•Occasionally, we could use volunteers to come up to the school to help with certain labs or other activities.
•We occasionally also need volunteers to come to the school to help prepare classroom materials for students. This might include cutting paper, stapling, putting together books, cutting out di-cuts, etc…
•If you are interested in volunteering, you need to go to the K.I.S.D website and fill out the volunteer paperwork in order for a background check to be performed. You must do this and be “cleared” by the district prior to volunteering in any way.
•Your child’s teacher will send out a note or email the parents when volunteers are needed.
Welcome to a great yearin Kindergarten!
