Jesus was healing peoplein a big crowd of morethan 5,000. It got late,and everyone was gettinghungry! Jesus told thedisciples to give the peo-ple food, but the disci-ples said, “We have onlyfive loaves of bread andtwo fish! It will never beenough!” Jesus took thefive loaves and two fish,said a prayer, and gavethe food back to the dis-ciples. The disciples gavefood to the hungry peo-ple. There was enoughfor everyone, with bas-kets left over.
