The Office of Housing and Residential Life (OHRL) at Pace University is dedicated to:

the Student Conduct Process

Develop Community Provide Support & Referrals
Community Coordinator (1 per building) Professional Staff Member Directly oversight of their residence hall & RA staff members

TEMPORARY LIVING ARRANGEMENTS
Temporary Space Options Maria’s Tower- Temporary Triple Spaces***
182 Broadway & 33 Beekman- Temporary Quad Spaces
Students in Temporary Spaces are volunteers, or those who were among the latest to apply for housing
Students who move in to a Temporary Space receive a reduction of their fall semester rent in the amount of $800
If students have not been offered a permanent space by October 31st they will receive another $800 reduction
All students will be offered a permanent solution by the start of the spring semester
In 2015-2016 all Temporary Spaces were placed by the 3rd week of school
***TEMP TRIPLES should not be confused with PERMANENT triples that are offered in 182 Broadway and our other buildings***

Placement and participation in our Theme & Academic Based Based Floors is voluntary and open to all majors, with the exception exception for the Dyson & Honors Floors

May 1st is the deadline for guaranteed on campus housing
Placements are made based on the date that we receive all completed housing applications & deposits
Placement in a specific building or room type is not guaranteed.
