On behalf of the Greenfield-Central Athletic Department, we welcome you to G-CHS. Greenfield-Central HS is a member of the Indiana High School Athletic Association and fields teams in 20 Varsity Sports during the school year. In addition, students can participate by joining a team as a trainer, manager, statistician or videographer. G-CHS is a proud member of the Hoosier Heritage Conference which consists of the following schools: Delta, Mt. One of the ways to get the most out of high school is to become involved…and we offer many excellent clubs and activities for you to do just that. While academics are the most important aspect of high school, becoming involved and making new friends should be close to the top of your list. Cheer Team G-CHS has many clubs that relate directly back to the classroom setting. Field trips, dinners out and competitions help enhance skills learned in the classroom.

Academic Competition Teams: Academic Decathlon, Academic Super Bowl, Brain Game/Quiz Bowl, Spell Bowl

Communication Programs: Catamount yearbook, Cougar Review newspaper, Cougar TV/Radio Productions

Foreign Language Clubs: French, German and Spanish

Honor Societies: Spanish Honor Society, International Thespian Society, National Art Honor Society, National Honor Society, Quill and Scroll, French Honor Society

Technology Clubs: VEX Robotics

Performing Arts: Drama Club, Cougar Pride Marching Band, Winds, Guards, Indoor Percussion, Blue Fusion Dance Team, Comedy Sports

Miscellaneous Clubs: Art Club, Best Buddies, Bowling Club
