The proposal as it is detrimental to wild life,
livelihood of SC, ST community and bio-
diversity of the area.
A detailed study is done through primary and secondary
sources on bio diversity of the study area. This area
does not do not form a part of the antional Park,
Wildlife sanctuary, Elephant Corridoar, Tiger Reserve
and mitgratory route and this is confirmed by the chief
conservator of forests & Wildlife & Cheif Widlife
Warden. There are schedule III animals in the study
area like Spotted Deer, Wild Boar, Black Naped Hare
& Indian Star Tortoise. Conservation plans are
addressed in EIA Report. IN regards to land
allotment to SC & ST Community, the land lease for
mining was given by the Government of Andhra
Pradesh in an area of 162.50 Acres falling under Sy.
NO. 330 of Tudi village & Sy. No. 185 of Vandua
village in 2010. Susequent to this part of the land was
alloted to weaker section benificiaries by the distirict
authoriaties. Out of the total land alloted to us, 58.45
acres of land is not alloted to any benificiaries. Based
on the obections raised during public hearing, we
approached District authorities to re-allot 58.45 Acres
of land to us for mining activity in February, 2015. But
there is no reply or action from District authorities on 2 Sri G. Simhachalam, Member, Agricultural
Labour union & CPM party
