Minimum funding USD 500,000 ROI of minimum 10 % per year Secured financed/asset ratio of 1:10 Financed tenure 7 -20 years High cost of energy greater than USD 0.25 / kwh High irradiance (sun intensity) or other favorable conditions Favorable legislation, allowing grid tie connections Subject to general project/Client due diligence evaluation
