THE STORY OF THE RAINBOW IN THE BIBLE IS A STORY ABOUT LOVE:“God said to Noah and to his sons with him: See, I am now establishing my promise with you and your ancestors after you and with every living creature that was with you: the birds, the tame animals, and all the wild animals that were with you—all that came out of the ark. I will make this promise with you, that never again shall all creatures be destroyed by the waters of a flood; there shall not be another flood to destroy the earth. God said: This is the sign of the promise that I am making between me and you and every living creature with you for all ages to come: I set my rainbow in the clouds to serve as a sign of the promise between me and the earth.”

It is not jealous, love does not show off, it is not puffed up, it is not rude, it does not seek its own interests, it is not quick-tempered, it does not keep bringing up past insults, it does not rejoice over wrongdoing but rejoices with the truth. It bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, puts up with all things. Love never fails.”
