The Velocity Center

• The Velocity Center will be an open space of 10-15k sq. ft.• The space will be a light industrial design, preferably 1-story, and flexible enough

for future expansion.• Three key areas: 1. Design space 2. Build space 3. Meeting/office space.

Design space: Open atrium with enough coffee, white boards and flat panel monitors to brainstorm, build, promote and capture new ideas using design thinking.

Build space: A modular enclosed hands-on space containing 3-D printers, laser cutters, light millingcapabilities, a woodworking shop, die cutters, robotics/electronics workstations and software tools.

Meeting & office space: Will allow for working, learning, networking, and training
