With 20 years of experience in training, we take privilege to inform you of our strength that lies in TRAINING. We have been specialized and with ouryears of expertise we have very successfully carried out Train and Hire or Reverse training process.

Since 2006 we have trained and recruited 8000 manpower in Domesticmarket across Pan India for clients such as SPICE, SPANCE, AEGIS, IGT and BIRLA GROUP.

For our overseas market we started with our USA client Geo Nurse with providing them 106 trained nurses. In GCC, we did a project for ITCC (Qatar),FIRST MARBLE (Qatar), NOOR CONSTRUCTIONS (Saudi Arabia) for Marble /Cladding mason.

Recently we delivered CNC operators and Mechanical Fitters for our clientsEmsil Group in Romania.

At Present we have started training candidates for Universal Voltas (UV) for HVAC Technician job role for Abu Dhabi.

OUR ACHIEVEMENTS

▪ ITCC Group, QATAR: Employed construction skill workers such as Mason, Steel Fixer,

Shuttering Carpenter. We resourced, trained and recruited the candidates belonging to

the mentioned trade. They were trained as per ITCC working norms and working skill

set. With this approach we were able to recruit capable 305 candidates. The program

was carried out at our Sikar, Rajasthan center.

•TRAIN AND HIRE has been our concept and achievement with our training center setups that we have under NSDC. •The whole idea of providing placements to these trained candidates have been taken into consideration and priority with the whole training programs under NSDC.

▪ GINCO, DUBAI: The company again was looking forward to recruit Shuttering and

Steel Fixers from India. We as per our operating procedure of resourcing, resourced the

candidates with experience in the mentioned job roles. The candidates were trained and

up skilled as per needs of GINCO. We trained and recruited approx 220candidates for

the same. The program was carried out a our Siwan, Bihar center.

▪ TITP Program, JAPAN: With our credentials, we got the privilege to be part of Japan’s

TITP program a joint venture b/w Japanese and Indian government. With the

requirement of candidates from construction, retail trade we set up our center at Nadia,

West Bengal. We have been training 114 candidates for Japanese Language JLPT 5 level

as well as up skilling their skill set to meet the Japanese standards.

▪ UNIVERSAL VOLTAS, ABU DHABI: Being one of the largest companies in UAE, the

requirement of trained manpower is very high for them. However, with their strict

selection norms and standards they weren’t able to select proper candidates. We with

our approach have been able to deliver them 25 candidates per month trained as per

their curriculum, standards bridging the gap between the candidates potential and

company skill set requirement. The training is conducted at our Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.

Our group company BSL MULTISKILLS (unit of BSL PVT LTD) is approved and

funded partner Training partner of National Skill Development Corporation

(NSDC) under Ministry of Skill (Skill India).

We have our own Resourcing and Training centers for Construction Skills,

MEP, Hospitality, Facility Management and Retail or for all kind of masonry.

• Our concept is in complete resonance with our clients requirement characteristics. For maintaining the same, we initially require the client to provide us with detailed JDs along with niche of skill set. The training infrastructure is set up as per standards of client needs.

• The trainer are approved the technical team of client. The training module duration is mutually finalized.

• The probable trainable candidates are lined up and selected as Trainee students. The client issues them an INTENT LETTER or Pre-Placement offer with conditions.

• Training starts with regular feedback to clients regarding progress of trainees. After the set duration of training gets over the client is required to conduct the final assessment .

• Once the final assessment is completed the offer letters are handed over to the selected trainees. The rejected candidates are put back into training as per client feedback on their shortcomings and are later assessed by the client on their skills.

• The selected candidates are certified under our affiliation with Government of India assessment body and are successfully deployed.
