The Program

� The first program starts on February the1st until February the 15th of 2019. � The second program starts on February the 15th until March the 1st � Every day, except on match-days there are two training sessions of 90 minutes on the

trainer, 1 physiotherapist, 1 sports psychologist, 2 staff member for logistics � Internationally renowned coaches from Russia, Portugal, Belgium and the Netherlands,

so to create the right European spirit and to be able to adapt to the present teams in terms of sporting level, playing style, preview of opponents

� Three friendly games against football teams, out of the CIS countries and/or the Balkan countries
