If not ISP; process in SM2001; after assessment, schedule for test, or place as level 1 (ES011); if returning from within the past year, copy transcript (SM6015) and send to Advising.

Always complete appl. for student according to Photo I.D., if they have it, to ensure accurate name; verify current address, apt. # phone #.
