Daily Supplies1. * 1 composition notebook (stays in class)
2. * 1 pocket folder with brads (stays in class)
3. * 1 large binder with 1 divider/section for English
(stays w/student)
4. * Blue or black pens, pencils, eraser, small sharpener, and a highlighter
5. * Notebook paper
6. * Glue Stick /map pencils/markers/scissors (stays in pencil pouch )
7. * Library book or book from home
(no graphic novels or comic books)

Grading & Late Work
• Progress Reports: Every 3 weeks• Report Cards: Every 6 weeks
– Major Grades (Tests, Projects) = 50%– Daily Grades (Quizzes, Daily) = 50%
• Quizzes or multi-day activities will be weighted double.
• Late Work: The Highest Possible– 1 day late = 70 – 2 days late = 50– 3rd day = 0 (C-halls are issued)
Tutorials• To help students with make-up work,
prevent students from failing, assist with further instruction, and hold students accountable.
• I am available most mornings from 7:55-8:15 a.m. in Room 600. If this should change I will let you know by email. Also I will let you know by email about specific test review days and test/quiz makeup's.
