The Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) E-Orientation Week is
designed to facilitate newly registered students to undergo a
smooth transition into university life understandably due to the
challenges we are facing today. While all our activities have moved
online, you can still get to know your seniors, faculty members,
senior university officials, classmates and other new students. You
will also be briefed on the University rules, regulations,
facilities and services available.

WELCOME TO E-ORIENTATION PROGRAMME JAN 2021 INTAKE
Important Notes:
The National Security Council (Majlis Keselamatan Negara) has
announced on 18 December 2020 that the Conditional Movement Control
Order (CMCO) in most parts of Selangor (except for Kuala Selangor
District, Sabak Bernam District and Hulu Selangor District) and WP
Kuala Lumpur is extended to 31 December 2020 in view of the current
COVID-19 situation. In addition, there are still daily COVID cases
reported in Perak state.
In line with the above, kindly be informed that Orientation
Programme of January 2021 intake will be conducted in online mode.
You may browse the e-Orientation website at
https://e-orientation.utar.edu.my starting from 4 January 2021,
8:30am for all the essential information for your studies.
You are not required to report physically on campus for the
Registration Day on 10 January 2021.
The details of the briefing sessions and Faculty Day (live
streaming) by various divisions / departments / faculties
/institutes / centres are available on the e-Orientation website.

Credit Evaluation You are required to submit the e-copy, scan-copy
or image-copy of the Declaration form, Withdrawal from Studies form
and Fees Refund Policy form during e-Orientation or within the
first 4 weeks from Commencement Date of Programme via online
