TIFFANY HAMILTON TURNS 13!

That's right, Tiffany Hamilton, our Minister for Youth and Education, celebrates

her 13th year with First Baptist Clemson on June 6. When Tiffany arrived, fresh

out of seminary, she was a mere toddler in ministry and thanks to your patience

in "training her up," she is now an adolescent in ministry and the fun is only

beginning. All puns aside, Tiffany and her family have served First Baptist

Clemson exceptionally well and we are blessed by her love, her dedication, and

her professionalism. Please find a moment to express your appreciation to

Tiffany for her faithful ministry.

ARRINGTON SCHOLARSHIP FUND

During June, pause to reflect on your memories of a former pastor at FBC

Clemson, Dr. Charles Arrington. Your generous contribution to the Arrington

Scholarship Fund will honor his memory and enable us to continue providing

scholarships for students. Groups, SS classes, and individuals are encouraged to

support this worthwhile endeavor.

MISSION OPPORTUNITY

Our prayer for you

When you achieve goals and meet with success, may your faith be

strengthened knowing “God has a plan for you, plans to prosper you and

not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”

Jeremiah 29:11

When you feel pressured to make decisions and you are insecure, may you be

reminded that “you can do all things through Christ who gives you

strength.”

Philippians 4:13

When the road ahead seems dark and you are not sure which way to go, may

the Word of God serve as “a lamp unto your feet and a light unto your

path.”

Psalm 119:105

When you search for purpose and meaning, may you “trust in the Lord with

all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways

submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.”

Proverbs 3:5-6

When you feel alone or scared or left behind, may you remember the words

of Christ, “peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to

you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be

afraid.”

John 14:27

When you count your blessings and add up your riches, may you be

reminded that “every good and perfect gift comes from the Lord.”

James 1:17

When you look for a place of belonging, may you be reminded that “you

are part of the Body of Christ, gifted and called.”

1 Corinthians 12:27

We pray these words of scripture, “Bless them indeed.”

Mark 10:16
