Project Planning
• A well-planned project is more likely to succeed.
• A good project plan:• Features a Project Charter
• Defines goals• Defines roles• Has a communication plan• Has a clear action plan
• Establishes timelines and deadlines
• A project charter defines:• the scope• the objectives• the overall approach to the work• roles of team members
• A template has been included in your folders
