How do I read my schedule?

Students are listed in alphabetical order and are paired with a primary preceptor.

Unless otherwise specified, you will be with your preceptor at all locations, except when scheduled at a community partner location.

The 1st week of your rotation is on the left and the 2nd week is on the right.

Each day is broken down into AM and PM. The Workshop schedule is listed at the end. Last minute schedule changes will be sent to you via

text page and email.

Oasis Evaluations

Very important: Be sure to enter your evaluators into Oasis. You need to have at least 3. Your primary preceptor should be one of them.

– If you don’t have 3, you may list Dr. Cheng.

If you do not enter your evaluators, the system will not alert Dr. Cheng to complete your grade.
