IMPORTANT AND URGENT
Please know that effective July 1, 2018, Archbishop Charles C. Thompson has request-ed that all volunteers at parishes, schools, and agencies of the archdiocese must complete Safe and Sacred training, which includes our code of conduct and background check. Many of St. Philip Neri parishioners completed Safe and Sacred in 2014 and it only lasts for three years. This means it needs to be done again to update the Certificate of Achievement. To do this, you will need to log in at: archindy.org and once the web page opens go to Safe & Sacred, Safe Environment Training. You will need to log in and proceed with the instructions. Make sure that at the end of the whole training you mark where it says policy agreement so that you can be counted as completed and be able to print your certificate. Please email [email protected] to let know Aida Uriarte that you have completed your Safe and Sacred training for St. Philip Neri and for Holy Cross Community Volunteers. Thank you for your prompt cooperation to accomplish this requirement for all parishion-ers on time.

Muchos feligreses de St. Philip Neri completaron el Seguro y Sagrado en 2014 y este solamente es válido por tres años. Esto quiere decir que lo tienen que volver a tomar para revalidar su Certificado de Aprovechamiento. St. Jude is generous to our parish donating their Holy Day Collections and a portion of the Festival proceeds to SPN. Sacrament Celebration Bautismo - Padres y Padrinos necesitan asistir a una clase de preparación el tercer sábado de cada mes de 8:15AM -12:15PM en la planta baja de la escuela. Es necesario registrarsse en la oficina para poder asistir. Necesita Presentar el acta de nacimiento del niño(a) si deceas bautizar. Si el niño (a) es mayor de 7 años deberá tomar una clase de preparación. Para poder escoger fecha del bauti-zo es necesario cumplir con los requisitos. para más información hable a la oficina al 317-631-8746 de lunes a viernes de 10:00AM-4:00PM ************** Baptism – Parents and godparents need to attend a class for baptism prepa-ration. These classes are held the third Saturday of the month from 8:45 am – 12:30 pm on the ground floor of the school. (There is no class in Decem-ber). It is necessary to register at the parish office to attend. Submit the original of the child’s Birth Certificate and bring a copy. Children who are 7 years of age or older will need to attend the preparation class. To sched-ule a date for baptism it is necessary that your bring proof of attendance to the office. For more information call the parish at (317) 631-8746 between 1000 am – 4:00 pm Monday through Friday.
